If you are travelling abroad, please complete and submit a travel questionnaire 12 weeks before you are due to travel. Once your completed questionnaire has been reviewed by a Practice Nurse, you will be contacted to book an appointment 8 weeks before your journey.
We currently only vaccinate NHS approved travel vaccinations:
· Polio (given as a combined diphtheria/tetanus/polio jab)
· Typhoid
· Hepatitis A
· Cholera
For other chargeable travel vaccines, you can use a travel clinic.
